Manage additional roles in the system for $35.00 each per month or $375.00 per year.

 

What is Starf Pro?

Starf Pro is the next step on from Starf Online. Starf Pro is a full Human Resource management system aimed at medium to large business with 10 or more employees.

Starf Pro combines the structure of the Human Resource Management system with full training of management staff in the arts of behavioral interviewing, performance management, conducting performance reviews and identifying training and performance areas of staff.

The theory is best practice and assistive to those on a journey toward becoming a Learning Organisation. Starf define this as: Organisations' that learn and encourage learning among its people. It promotes exchange of information between employees hence creating a more knowledgeable workforce. This produces a very flexible organisation where people will accept and adapt to new ideas and changes through a shared vision.

Starf Pro HR 1 Training (2 days)

How to identify behavioral competencies for any job and how to assess candidates against behavioral competencies using a systematic selection process for a given position.

Starf Pro HR2 (2 days)

How to mutually agree future performance objectives and action plans with an employee who reports to you. How to review past performance against previously agreed objectives.

How to develop mutually agreeable specific action plans to resolve acknowledged performance deficiencies. How to give feedback on individual performance. How to counsel an employee who reports to you in respect of adverse workplace behavior.

Starf Pro HR3 (2 days)

HR3 training is a participative workshop to create Starf Online Job Descriptions. How to utilise the Starf Online tools with the greatest effectiveness. How to set up and utilise the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), corporate careers site and talent pool management.
